Manchester United supporters trust and BD1 join forces

BD1 is delighted to announce that MUST- the independent Manchester United supporters trust (formerly Shareholders United) - has selected us as its partner and sole provider of telecoms services to its 30,000+ members.

BD1 will provide fixed line, mobile and broadband services to MUST members and will also provide business services to the Trust and other associated companies.

This ground breaking 10 year deal provides very competitive rates for MUST members and BD1 also expects to announce the addition electricity and gas services to its range of services shortly.

MUST is one of the largest independent associations of Manchester United supporters in the world and it has the primary aim of securing the independence of Manchester United through the ownership of shares by supporters of the football club.

BD1 signs partnering deal to provide Locate Someone service

BD1 signs partnering deal to provide Locate Someone services in the UK. This unique service allows users to locate family, friends, property and even pets without the need to buy expensive tracking equipment. Users can also recover lost or stolen phones. All that is needed is a PC with an internet connection and the number of the mobile the user wants to locate. It is then possible to view the location of people via the Locate Someone web site wherever they are.

English Landscapes reduces it's cost by 45%

English Landscapes reduced its telecoms costs by 45% by switching to BD1. As the largest landscape construction and grounds maintenance contractor in the UK, English Landscapes employs over 500 staff from a number of locations and the move to BD1 has had led to a major reduction in costs and an improvement in the management of its telecoms services.
